Many small towns and non-profits can’t afford to hire a full time Grant Writer. This means that they are not aware of funding opportunities, and so they don’t apply. They don’t ask so they don’t receive.
As consultants we assist municipalities with the process of application and administration of grant funding for a variety of projects such as parks, streetscape improvements, law enforcement initiatives, and more.
Laura is a certified administrator for West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council grants and can assist clients in obtaining funding through IJDC, which is West Virginia’s funding clearinghouse for water and wastewater projects.
We also offer Public Service Districts grant writing and grant administration services, including two qualified IJDC administrators on staff. LCPD can also make applications for CDS (Congressional Directed Spending) and has gotten funding for projects based on these applications. LCPD has successfully applied for funding for emergency generators for many of its clients as well.
